Sr Project Architect
Location(s): Boise ID, Bend OR, Gilbert AZ
COLE Architects is seeking a talented Senior Project Architect to help support our exciting growth in our Boise ID, Bend OR, and Gilbert AZ locations. We embrace a wide diversity of project types and encourage a vibrant, stimulating work setting that fosters teamwork and creativity. You will need to have enhanced communication skills, heightened design capability and improved document execution. As our Senior Architect you will possess the ability to develop your own projects and well as oversee the work of multiple project teams simultaneously. This is a leadership role that requires oversight, guidance and mentoring of others. It is an exciting time to be part of the COLE Architects team. If you are ready to further your Architectural career in an enthusiastic, collaborative, and flexible environment and have the following qualifications:
• Degree in support of an Architectural license required (accredited master's degree or 5-year bachelor's degree).
• Architectural license is required.
• Ability to meet NCARB requirements for licensure in other states required.
• LEED Green Associate Accreditation or LEED AP preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.

Project Architect

COLE Architects is seeking a talented Project Architect to help support our exciting growth in our Boise ID, Bend OR, and Gilbert AZ locations. We embrace a wide diversity of project types and encourage a vibrant, stimulating work setting that fosters teamwork and creativity. You will need to have unique creative design skills as well as strong technical and communication skills. Responsibilities will include design, construction document preparation, construction, and observation. You must also be proficient with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suites. Experience should consist of a professional license, LEED accreditation, and knowledge of environmentally sensitive building systems. Bookkeeper
Location(s): Boise ID, Bend OR, Gilbert AZ
COLE Architects is looking for their next Bookkeeper. Duties include managing accounting records, evaluating, and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating, auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. Your strategic planning and numerical proficiency will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy. Preferred qualifications are a degree in accounting, finance or related discipline and 5 years’ experience.
